To ensure this, we’ve partnered with a trusted print-on-demand company with multiple hubs worldwide, particularly in the US and Europe. This strategic collaboration allows us to offer you cost-effective shipping solutions tailored to your location.

Print on Demand Items:

Print-on-demand items, including our unique range of apparel and accessories, are handled and shipped by our partner company. Shipping costs and times are calculated by the company during the checkout process. Thanks to their global network, we can pass on the advantage of reduced shipping costs and times, especially for clients in the US, Europe and many other countries around the world.

In-House Produced Items (e.g., Miniatures):

Items produced in-house by DressArt3D.com, such as miniatures and custom creations, benefit from our extensive 35 year experience in packaging. Due to their fragility and unknow transport conditions of postal handling, these items are shipped directly from our facility to ensure utmost care and protection during packing. For these shipments, a fixed rate of 15 Euro per package is applied.

Kindly note that in terms of postage and package,  miniatures will be handled directly from us here at DressArt3d.com while the print-on-demand products will be sent to you by our partner print-on -demand company.  Thus, if you the client, order a combination of in-house miniatures and print-on demand products within the same order, you will receive two different packages and not at the same time but rest assured that both packages will be prepared in the fastest time possible and take maximum care of. We will also notify you of this buy email as soon as your order is dispatched.

We are the first that do not want that our handcrafted items are arrive damaged at your end.

Before ordering please understand that although we do our atmost to ensure a safe passage from our office to your home, we do not have control on transporting part of the postal journey.  What we can assure, is that we will do our best for the miniature to arrive safely at your end.  We will also inform you should there be any additional risk before the miniature or product is sent to you, so please do make sure that you leave your contact information when ordring.

35 years of model painting, handling and posting is our best gurantee that we will do our utmost to ensure the safe passage our our art to you.  In all these years only 1 miniature suffered minor damage.
