My personal tribute to one of the greatest Manga artists and writers and author of one of my favorite Manga – BERSERK.
Warning. If you are not emotionally tough enough do not go and read it. This manga will put all your emotions to the test.
Mr. Kentaro Miura passed the way on the 6/05/2021 at the young age of 54 leaving his most famous manga, Berserk uncompleted.
I was so captivated by this artist and the way he drew and wrote his stories, especially Berserk that I decided to try and create a tribute for him. After having the honor to paint the Egg of the Emperor for a client I decide to go for something similar. A replica of Gutz famous sword Dragon Slayer punching through a miasma of demons during the eclipse. Symbolizing the lesson the Miura wanted to give us.

This model was quite hard to produce espically during the printing phase. I sincerely do not know if I can replicate the process.
